Yesterday, Brody and I decided to play a little catch with the football. Much to my delight, he found this to be extremely funny. Excitement for football season is growing in both of the boys in this home. Christine and I have already watched this video at least 20 times.

Pool Fun

Brody wore his awesome warm-up suite the other day, so like a good mom, I thought, "Photo op!". He just decided he was not going to cooperate. Oh well.

We all enjoy some good time outside. Brody loves to chase the soccer ball around or play with the Noah's Ark set his Grandma gave him. This is a picture taken from our little patio area.

We went to the pool the other day and of course the Brodsters had a great time. He seems to be the entertainment of our group of friends.
Here they all are sitting around watching him in the pool.

The funniest thing that we did on Sunday was to give Brody a good lesson in skiing. See for yourself...

Back Home Again

We are finally completely unpacked and settled back in to Virginia Beach. Brody seemed quite happy to discover the toys that we had left behind. It is amazing how much of a little boy he has become. His new favorite pass time is to wrestle whatever poor innocent stuffed doggie or lion that happens to be laying on the floor. He will pounce on it and crawl all over itn then drag it across the room. It is fun to watch.

Well-I would now like to bombard you all with photos. I hope you don't mind!! :)
Brody has started to d this funny little facial expression. He tastes or sees something he likes and puckers his lips and says "oooooo". Here I am trying to capture the face for you. It is not quite the full extent of it, but you get the gist.
Before we left, my parents had John's parents out for a fun lake day. Brody was massively spoiled and enjoyed every moment of it. Here he enjoys his baby pool and grandmothers simultaneously.

Carrie, Tyler, Maggie and Henry stopped by to see us on their way to go to a wedding in Georgia. Maggie and Brody are checking each other out while Henry is probably sleeping (it is nice and cozy in there).

This is as close as we could come to a group shot of Grandma, Brody and Maggie. There was just far too much to do and see to sit still for a photo opp.

Maggie enjoys a few giggles inside the toy box. She does seem to enjoy getting inside things that normally have no babies in them. I can't blame her.
Our sweet friend Anne gave Brody this outfit that she found. It is absolutely adorable. I assume she got it for Halloween, but I'm afraid that Brody might out-grow it by then. It is for a 12 month old, but that's what size our rather big 9 month old fits into now.
Here is an example of Brody wrestling his lion. The tiger is the reforee.
Another classic example of the "ooooo" face.
bottom teeth....
Now top teeth. :)

Brody says he loves and misses you all.

Some more Brody

Just thought you would all enjoy some more pics of our little dude. :)
